Financial Milestones Worth Celebrating
When it comes to finances, we all frequently focus on what we need to do and how best to improve our financial circumstances (and our families’). In this episode of Financial Clarity for Doctors, hosts Rachelle Vanderzanden and Corey Janoff discuss financial milestones where you can sit back and bask in the glow of your successes, big and small!
Listen Along!
Financial successes vary widely depending on your stage of life. They can include:
- Setting up your first bank account.
- Buying your own groceries for the first time.
- Getting your first “big kid” paycheck.
- Paying off student loans (or having them forgiven).
- Reaching a net worth of $1 million!
- Being able to go part-time at work if you choose.
- Reaching financial independence… if you’re working, it’s by choice.
In early stages of life, it can feel like financial success is remote and unattainable. Take the time to celebrate the small stuff when you can and with your kids when they reach those milestones. They are all steps in the right direction. And as you get older, don’t forget to reflect on how far you’ve come.
