James is one of the founding members of Finity Group, LLC. He is motivated and driven by the desire to help his clients develop financial plans without pressure from outside influences. James understands that client relationships will flourish when advice can be provided with the highest degree of objectivity. With his experience and through independent channels James helps his clients approach complex financial choices, taking care to always align each decision with his clients overall financial goals.

This way of thinking was engrained at an early age when, after being handed a pamphlet on how to understand a stock report, James had the first inclination that he wanted to spend his working life in finance. James would become the first of his immediate family to attend college and it was there that his interest in the stock market shifted to a focus in Financial Planning. Upon graduating with honors from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Athletic Administration, he vowed to make helping others attain financial independence, his lifes work.

James believes that building a successful financial plan requires both persistency and consistent effort. In his personal life James has seen these traits pay off as he became the first civilian to win the U.S. National Service Rifle Championships at the age of 18. He followed this up by competing in England at the World Long Range Rifle Championships and setting 27 national records over his competitive shooting career. Financial goals are most likely achieved when theres a well-founded plan in place. Moreover, James understands that his clients financial plan will work best with a consistent approach, active monitoring and regular review. With his clients hes here as a resource to help better ensure the plan stays on course.

James finds helping his clients achieve their financial goals as one of the most rewarding things he could possibly do. When he is not in the office he enjoys riding his bicycle.

In addition to James higher education, he also holds the series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations, as well as the state life, health, disability & long term care insurance licenses.
